Halloween Tales at the Front Porch

Thursday, October 24, 2013

6:45pm Doors Open 7:00pm Tales / Stories Begin
*** Featuring ***

Henry Vogel
When the sun goes down, Henry calls forth ghosts and ghouls from the flickering light of a campfire. A well know teller at Halloween Festivals around the region, Henry will make you shiver and smile.

Robin Kitson
Robin has made us smile with tales from her cajum past. She returns with stories from the headlines of her childhood and the moss covered graveyards of the New Orleans Bayou.

Alan Hoal
Alan returns to the Front Porch this time offering his unique style and special talent for drawing you into the darkness with a shiver and a shudder. You will never view the dark the same way again. Alan will be a featured teller at the 2013 North Carolina Storytelling Guild Festival; come hear why he is so popular.

Ted Feitshans
Ted has been a spooky story teller since he and his fellow classmates built a haunted house as a fundraiser. The joke was on them, however, as the house was actually haunted! Having children of his own he has refined his Halloween stories to keep the interest of his audience of whatever age while not allowing fright to deprive the listener of sleep. Ted is a regular participant in the Bold Faced Liars' Showdown.

This is a Family Event but no child care is provided, children should not be disruptive.
Admission is one smile per person.
